The room was spacious with a peaceful view. The breakfast had a wide variety of options. The spa had plenty of saunas and pools, including one for babies. The staff were friendly and helpful. Free parking was a great bonus.

Crystal tower was at a short distance. There was free parking. Free Wi-Fi was working perfectly. We liked this hotel and would like to stay there on the next trip.

The Ultimate Indulgence of Homemade Sweet Treats. During my stay at the resort, I had the pleasure of visiting the exquisite pastry shop, Villa Rosato. Their homemade ice cream was like a symphony of flavors, taking my taste buds on a delightful journey. It was an experience comparable to being in a fairytale land, where every bite was like a magical spell. The delectable treats truly made my stay sweeter and more memorable.

Missing Signage in Spa Area.

I recently stayed at a well equipped hotel with everything on premises for active relaxation and great food. The new spa zone was tastefully furnished and the breakfast had many options to choose from. The calm neighborhood was easily accessible and the rooms were simple but nice, with a comfortable bed and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our first stay here enjoyable. We will definitely come back.

The hotel's location is great, with close proximity to Austria and a nearby thermal park. the dirty tables in the dining area are a turn off. the rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean, but the service is lacking attention to detail. the breakfast selection is varied and delicious. the facilities, such as the sauna and pool, are enjoyable.

The cocktail bar was slow and overpriced.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I was thoroughly impressed. The spa facilities were absolutely amazing. There were two entire floors dedicated to relaxation, with a variety of saunas to choose from. The dinner and breakfast buffet were both incredibly rich and satisfying. The only downside was that the coffee machines could use an upgrade.

The hotel is highly recommended for families, and I can see why.

The hotel room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast had a wide variety of food options and everything tasted great. I also enjoyed the free parking and the convenient location close to key attractions.

The spa area felt a bit cramped and crowded, especially during busy times. Additionally, the nearby construction made for an unpleasant view from the hotel. while my stay was decent, I didn't feel it was exceptional or worth 4 stars.

caramell premium resort superior surpassed our expectations, with excellent cuisine, a great thermal pool, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. we enjoyed the beautiful view from our balcony and the convenient bike path to the austrian border and bukfurdo thermal spa. overall, a fantastic stay.
